We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking AI projects that are transforming industries and making a significant impact on businesses in Czechia and abroad.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries to expand Gauss Algorithmic’s footprint in Czechia and abroad.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions that drive value.
- Presentations and Keynotes: Represent Gauss Algorithmic at industry events, conferences, and seminars, delivering compelling presentations and keynotes to audiences of 50+ people.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology providers, and other stakeholders to enhance our service offerings.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with our solution architect and other stakeholders to update the current proposal template and presentations to ensure they effectively communicate the value of our AI solutions.
- Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a variety of stakeholders in Czech and English.
- Public Speaking: Comfortable and confident speaking in front of larger audiences, with experience in delivering presentations and keynotes.
- Networking: Possess a large personal network or the ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships within the tech industry.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the tech or AI industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term growth and market positioning.
- Self-motivated: Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility: Travelling around Czechia and going abroad occasionally are integral parts of the job.
- Technical Background: While a strong personal network is ideal, a solid understanding of technology and AI is equally valuable.
- Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Languages: Speaking languages other than Czech and English is very welcome.

- Fixed salary: It usually takes quite a bit of time before you can "score" your first achievement, so we've removed commissions and offered a fixed salary instead. But that does not mean any bonuses or commissions if you're performing well.
