How AI speeds up quotation generation

One of the projects we will be presenting to you is our collaboration with Thimm. They wanted to innovate the process of preparing quotations as it usually took them several days to prepare the quotations and it required collaboration of experts from sales, quality control and development.

Our goal was to build on their historical post-production calculations and simplify the process for them as much as possible. And we achieved it  with the use of artificial intelligence.

• We were able to reduce the processing time from several days to just a few seconds.
• The number of situations in which the AI model provides accurate estimates is 95.8%.
• Several employees from three different departments are no longer needed in order to produce the quotation. Thanks to our AI, only one employee can do it now.
